Sustainable Cocoa Initiative

Our cocoa cooperative supports remote Peruvian communities and wildlife by sustainably growing cocoa, producing aromatic beans to meet the high demand for fine chocolates globally, and re-investing profits to protect farmers and frontier rainforests. We are currently fundraising to build our cocoa drying and fermentation center, where we will have two full-time women extracting, sorting, drying and fermenting cocoa beans from our producers in order to make our first shipments in 2018!
